Application Deadlines

Most students are expected to begin their training in the fall semester. The deadline for the submission of application materials is on the 3rd of January preceding their anticipated enrollment in the upcoming fall semester. Applicants should mail their application materials at least two weeks prior to the deadline to ensure delivery. Minority applicants and students with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply for the Emory Graduate Diversity Fellowship (EGDF). To be elibigle for either the EGDF or the Woodruff fellowship all application material must be received by January 3rd.

Students interested in applying to the Medical Scientist M.D./Ph.D. Training Program must complete applications to the School of Medicine by October 15 of the year preceding the expected year of entry into the program (e.g., October 15 of 2009 for entry into the School of Medicine in the fall of 2010).
